Our day trip was wonderful and we truly thank Miguel for sharing the history of the Basque region with us. Miguel made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend the small tour format as it is a trip that sits well with this format. Would highly recommend this trip for all history lovers.

Joseph was a great guide, very informative and went at a great pace. He translated well between Germand and English, he dropped us back to a different place which was really kind of him. A great day!

Iin 10 days of travel in Spain, this was far and away the best activity we chose. Chef Mikel is passionate about his work and conveys his love of regional food to his students, and really knows his stuff. The kitchen is clean and beautiful and everything is well organized. We came away well-fed, with knowledge (and recipes!) of local food, wines, and customs, and now possess skills and memories that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend this class and Chef Mikel in particular.
