Spain Tourist/Visiting relatives and friends/Business Visa(Application in SG/UK)

1.Spain Short-stay Visa

• Suitable for travel/visiting relatives and friends/business purposes.
• Acceptance coverage Applicants whose nationality is China, Morocco, Philippines, India, who are living in Singapore/UK and have a valid visa(Valid for more than 6 months) or residence card.(If you are an applicant of other nationalities or other places of residence and need to apply for a Spain visa, you can order a product first and then explain your situation via email.)
• The validity period, duration of stay and number of entries of the visa are subject to the visa issued by the consulate.

2.Processing time:

• The processing time starts from the time all the documents are collected.
• The visa expert will process the application within 1-2 working days.
• Make an appointment for visa submission and biometric information collection. (The actual appointment time is subject to the announcement of the visa center)
• It is estimated that it will take 7-22 working days for the embassy to review the visa application.
• After placing the order, we will contact you within 12 hours.

3.The Short-stay Visa visa service includes:

4. Application materials:

(1) Scanned copy of the entire passport

(2) Scanned copy of the valid visa page or residence card of the country of current residence (valid for more than 6 months)

(3) 35mm*45mm color electronic photo with white background

(4) Photos of both sides of ID card

(5) Visa application form

(6) Scanned copy of the entire household book

(7) Proof of Marriage Certificate / License(If any)

(8) Air ticket reservation, hotel reservation, itinerary

(9) Documents required for people of different identities

①Employees: Employment certificate + Business license + Salary bank statement

②Retiree: Retirement certificate + Pension bank statement

③Student: Proof of enrollment + Birth certificate + Proof of financial support

④Pre-schooler: Birth certificate + Proof of financial support

(10) Business Invitation Letter or Personal Invitation Letter(Business/visiting relatives and friends is required)

(11) Other relevant supporting documents(Subject to email notification)

5. Visa application process:

• Purchase visa services and pay online.
• Prepare relevant materials according to the content of the email sent by the visa expert and send them to the designated email address.
• Visa expert review and operation materials, Appointment for visa submission.
• Applicants bring visa-related documents to the visa center for visa submission and biometric information collection.
• Once your biometric information has been collected at the center, proceed to the counter to pay the visa fees and Visa Center Service Fee.
• After the visa is issued, the embassy will notify applicants to pick up the passports at the visa center or mail the passport to the address provided by the applicant. The applicant is responsible for the courier fee. Please check the visa page information carefully after receiving the passport.

6. Instructions:

(1) After the appointment is successfully made, if the applicant needs to change the appointment time due to personal reasons, a fee of US$15 will be charged per time, and a fee of US$30 will be charged per time to modify the application form.

(2) This product does not include visa fees, Visa Center Service Fee and the courier fee of the visa center/consulate. Please pay the fee on the day of submission.

(3) The Consulate may conduct a telephone investigation. Applicants are advised to ensure the authenticity of their personal background information, keep their phone lines open, and actively cooperate with the consular officer.

(4) During the visa processing period, our company may require you to submit additional documents or persuade you to withdraw your application based on the situation of your documents. The consulate may also require you to submit additional documents based on your actual situation. Please cooperate with us in submitting the additional documents.

(5) After submitting the visa application, if the consulate requires an interview or visa cancellation, the applicant must cooperate to complete the interview. If the applicant fails to attend the interview on time due to personal reasons, all consequences will be borne by the visa applicant.

7.Refund rules:

(1) Cancellation after reviewing documents: If the applicant cancels due to personal reasons, our company will charge an additional review service fee of US$8/person.

(2) Cancellation after paying the visa fee and visa center service fee: no refund.

(3) Whether a visa is issued depends on the applicant's personal information and the personal judgment of the visa officer. If the visa is rejected due to non-operational errors, no refund will be made.
