Road trip was excellent but the food available on the boat trip was very poor quality I had a beef focaccia sandwich The bread was cold wet and not fresh On a long day better quality food should be available on the cruise★

It took four adjustments before I finally got to board the plane and see the fjord, but it was totally worth the hassle!! The owner was incredibly responsible, answering all my questions patiently and explaining everything thoroughly. They even proactively helped with potential itineraries and held onto my booking.
Moreover, my final itinerary's weather check time and depth time were 1 AM China time. I was prepared to confirm them myself by phone, but the owner stayed up that late to help me confirm—I was so touched! I highly recommend this place!! Choosing this was definitely the right decision!!!★

We were fortunate to have a rare sunny day in Queenstown (it's expected to rain for at least ten days starting tomorrow), so last night at 11 pm we decided to cancel our original plan to go to the fjords today and start booking helicopter tickets for the snow-capped mountains. Luckily, we found an incredibly reliable travel agency, and after some twists and turns, we managed to book seats on an extra helicopter flight this morning in the middle of the night. However, this morning, when we arrived at the agreed pick-up point and were waiting for the minibus, we were suddenly informed by phone that there weren't enough passengers and the flight was canceled. Fortunately, after communication between the travel agency and the airline, the flight was rescheduled for this afternoon, so we were anxious all morning and at noon. The itinerary wasn't officially confirmed until an hour before takeoff, during which time the travel agency was incredibly helpful in communicating with the airline, showing a level of responsibility beyond our expectations. Finally, we were lucky enough to board the last helicopter flight of the day—all the perseverance and waiting had a good outcome!
