The tour was superbly organized. A minibus arrived at the hotel and took us to the pier within an hour. There, we were given stickers and boarding passes based on our lists. Two hours later, we arrived at Tonsai Pier. On board, in the Economy Lounge, we were given tea, coffee, water, and motion sickness pills. Everything was perfect. The captain passed Maya Bay, Pele Bay, and the Viking Cave, giving us a great view.★

We got the first-class ticket with transfer, and it was absolutely worth it. They transferred us from the hotel in a super comfortable van, and then we boarded without waiting in line. The air conditioning on the ship works perfectly (it was even a little chilly), plus the seats are much more spacious, there are fewer people, and drinks are included at no extra cost. For the price difference, I highly recommend this option.★

The price was friendly and reasonable. The boat is large with three decks, and the journey only takes two hours. Food is sold on board. The women's restroom has four stalls with strong water pressure. Overall, I felt safe and really enjoyed it!★

We booked a ticket for the flight, and we were dropped off on Phi Phi Island. However, at the right ticket office, which a helpful Thai guy helped us find, we were told to buy additional tickets. It turned out to be a significant overpayment.
