
The boat will not depart with fewer than 25 passengers. You will be notified one day in advance, and no compensation claims will be accepted for this matter!
Please read the following important notice carefully:
1. Upon receiving the confirmation, immediately check if the [booking information] is correct, especially the [pickup/drop-off hotel details], to avoid issues due to incorrect information. Also, reconfirm if the provided phone number is able to receive calls normally. If you have [changed your phone number], please notify customer support immediately to update it.
2. Please be sure to wait at the [hotel front desk] on time according to the pick-up [start time] on your confirmation. Thai drivers [will not call in advance], and the driver's waiting time is approximately 5 minutes. However, due to shared transfer service, it is normal for drivers to be late. If you have not seen your driver 20 minutes after the pick-up start time, please [contact customer support to track the vehicle] and wait patiently.
3. Individuals who have recently undergone surgery, are postpartum, have recently had a miscarriage, are pregnant, or are over 70 years old; those with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, spinal conditions, heat sensitivity, malignant tumors, or other medical conditions unsuitable for sea travel must inform customer support before the trip. On the day of travel, the shipping company reserves the right to deny boarding for safety reasons, and no refunds will be issued. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the guest.
