I was worried because there were no reviews, but the cruise was great, and the service was exactly as described. Trit.com's customer service center is always available, which is very convenient. The bus from Hanoi was also comfortable, which was a plus. However, taking the 7:00 a.m. bus, touring Hanoi for an hour and a half, picking up people, and then getting off at the port four hours later was a bit tiring for the kids. Other than that, everything was great. The bus and cruise guides were very friendly. Also, all drinks in the room's minibar (except water and coffee) are paid.

It was a shame that I couldn't fully enjoy the beautiful scenery because of the tight schedule, but the tour company and pick-up driver were great, and the cruise was great.

The service is so much better abroad! This price is great value for money, very good. Thumbs up to the tour guide! They didn't pressure tourists to buy anything! The scenery is absolutely beautiful!

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.


