3-Hour Diving and Snorkeling Experience in Kerama Islands, Okinawa City, Japan [Includes Banana Boat Ride/Chinese Service/Designated Pickup in Naha City]

This activity does not include landing on any islands.

For safety reasons, travelers under 5 years old or over 61 years old cannot participate. Minors cannot register alone and must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.

- The ferry will depart on time. If guests are late due to personal reasons such as navigation errors or car malfunctions and fail to gather before departure, they will not be eligible for refunds or free date changes.

- The itinerary cannot provide prescription diving masks. Passengers with myopia should wear contact lenses before boarding.

- Guests who are prone to seasickness or concerned about it are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance.

· Please wear your swimsuit under your clothes. Bring your own towel and shoes that can get wet. Paid shower facilities are available at the port. (There are also simple rinse-off facilities on the boat, but no bath products can be used.)

For safety reasons, visitors with mobility impairments, physical disabilities, mental or circulatory/respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver diseases, hangovers, those on medication, or who have consumed alcohol on the day are not permitted to participate. No compensation or refund will be provided if participation is denied due to the above reasons.

- The ship has limited space and no lockable storage. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for any damage or loss.

- Wear a life jacket at all times during the cruise and activities.

- Due to the hot weather from July to September, thermal diving suits will not be provided.

If the activity is canceled due to poor weather conditions, we will promptly contact you via phone, email, or messaging app to reschedule or cancel your booking. If you choose to cancel, we will issue a full refund to the credit card used for your booking. Please note that due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may slightly differ from the original charge. We appreciate your understanding.

- Minimum group size is 10 people. If the minimum group size is not met, the activity may be canceled. In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone. Please be advised.

- If driving, the daily parking fee at the port is JPY 500 (cash only). Since there are no money exchange machines or counters on-site, please prepare ¥1,000 bills or ¥500 coins in advance.
