Basically, it's pretty simple: you get a voucher, arrive at the office (we used Angkal) an hour before departure, show the voucher, and they'll give you badges and print out tickets to pass through the turnstile for boarding. Everything is on time, absolutely right on time!

Trip.com is a place worth buying tickets on the spot. There is a good Chinese sister in it, and you can also store your luggage for free.
