At the end of the itinerary, complimentary airport drop-off service is provided to Surabaya Airport or nearby hotels (Swiss Bellin/Premier Place Surabaya Airport). Other areas are not included. For drop-off services to locations beyond the airport, please discuss the fees with the butler.

Exclusions:

1. Visa (Visa on Arrival: Passport, 500,000 IDR/35 USD/300 CNY, round-trip flight ticket itinerary in English), flight ticket, gratuities

2. Losses caused by force majeure

3. Financial loss caused by baggage damage during flight check-in

4. Personal and property losses caused by the traveler due to breach of contract, personal fault, actions during free time, or personal illness.

5. Other personal expenses

6. The cost of horseback riding at Bromo is IDR 250,000 per person (round-trip).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
