I reserved it after arriving at Taoyuan Airport and received it immediately. The amount I had already charged plus the round-trip airport tokens was enough for all my transportation expenses during my 2-night, 3-day stay, but it's easy to top up if you need to. The ticket vending machines at the station have Japanese language options, so you can top up just like a Japanese transportation IC card. I was able to use the remaining amount to do some shopping at the airport. I recommend it.

The activity was a complete success! Tomas is an extraordinary guide, very experienced, and he shares many interesting details. We saw dolphins and the sunrise. Fantastic! I recommend it 100%.
