The best season for RIUG paragliding is April–October.

RIUG Base Facilities & Takeoff Regulations:

1. The RIUG paragliding site covers 3,000 square meters and features top-tier facilities among similar paragliding operators in Bali. We prioritize guest comfort and safety, offering relaxed, secure, and comfortable amenities on our premises.

2. Takeoff and landing points: A 2,000m² landing area ensures safe and comfortable travel for your flight. Note: Sometimes we may land on the beach depending on wind conditions during the flight.

Itinerary:

1. Go to the check-in counter to register (with the confirmation letter), get your flight number, and have your weight measured.

2. The ground crew recalled the passenger due to their wearing of sneakers, seat belt, and helmet.

3. The coach will explain the safety equipment and procedures.

Take off at the RIUG flight field.

The flight duration is approx. 10–15 min depending on wind conditions, allowing you to enjoy the white sandy beaches and villas.

1. Local Indonesian insurance (customers are entitled to insurance coverage of up to IDR 250,000,000 (death), IDR 250,000,000 (disability), and IDR 25,000,000 (medical expenses). It is recommended to purchase additional overseas travel insurance.

2. Professional dual-pilot team with T2 certification (holding dual-pilot licenses).

3. Safety equipment (According to European standards (ENs), we provide certified gliders, helmets, and harnesses for our guests, all compliant with FAI (Federation) standards.

Terms & Conditions

1. Our glider can carry up to 210 kg. For passenger safety, the recommended weight limit is 130 kg.

2. Recommended for ages 5 and up, subject to height and weight restrictions. Maximum recommended age is 60, depending on health, height, and weight conditions.

3. Our pilots are the ones who decide who goes and when.

4. For this activity, it is recommended to wear sports shoes. If it's winter in Australia, a light sweater/jacket may sometimes be helpful.

The season for the RIUG activity is from April to October, and we will determine based on the weather conditions for other seasons.

6. No refund will be issued if the passenger has already flown.

Complaints are not permitted after leaving the flight area.

9. If the flight cannot depart on the scheduled day, customers can request a refund.

Force majeure:

This activity actually depends on the weather conditions at the time. We must consider wind direction, wind speed, and passenger weight. The pilot will decide whether takeoff is possible.

Our top priority is always the safety of our customers. Please understand that sometimes, for safety reasons, we have to cancel activities.

Strong winds, light winds, and rain are some of the reasons we may cancel flights.
