The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.

Under Teacher Yu's guidance, every location gained a touch of warmth and history. His explanations were vivid, engaging, and deeply insightful, narrating historical legends with captivating detail and enriching my knowledge. Teacher Yu was kind, polite, and meticulous, and the itinerary was perfectly planned—neither rushed nor tedious—allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beauty and spirit of Hangzhou. I really enjoyed the tour. Bella, the Russian-speaking guide, was beyond praise. She explains everything, and it's clear she loves her job and does it well. The organization was excellent! Definitely worth the money. I highly recommend her.

Performance 10 points exciting, if the bus can arrive earlier at the attraction a little more time for us to play would be better, when the five D performance program has started, missed this one we have to 4:50 (last show), just the most exciting performance of the day is 5:00 start, so only give up watching 5 D. Choose to go to other attractions until five o'clock, come back to see the Shanghai Eternal Love from 5 o'clock, children and the elderly also 10 points like, so remember not to miss this re-investment performance at five o'clock. Next time you can buy tickets directly and arrive at the venue earlier so you can watch the full performance program.


