Reviews: Mantua: Ascent and guided tour of the Basilica and dome of Sant'Andrea
Guest User2026-01-08
A true Mantuan, I accompanied a friend from Verona on this tour at her express request... and thankfully so, because it was truly moving and interesting. The story of Saint Longinus, as told by the guide, was a true immersion in a part of Christian history I had only superficially known. The tour was worth it, and the money was well spent. I recommend the combo with a visit to the crypt, which we didn't do because my friend suffers from claustrophobia. Overall, excellent organization and an excellent tour! Congratulations to all the organizers.
Reviews: Palazzo Te Mantova - Tour with Guide Tiziana Portioli
Guest User2026-01-19
The visit to Palazzo Tè was truly wonderful, but the real added value was the guide, absolutely extraordinary! With expertise and passion, she transformed each room into a living and fascinating story, fully immersing me in Giulio Romano's creative universe. The frescoes, symbols, and stories of the palace came to life thanks to clear explanations, rich in curiosities and never boring. An engaging, exciting, and truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend the tour with Signora Tiziana: with a guide like her, Palazzo Tè became pure magic. Also worth visiting are the Secret Garden and the cave, and Isaac Julien's exhibition "All that changes you. Metamorphosis," an immersive experience of great visual and conceptual power, on display until May. The highly sophisticated video installations envelop the viewer in a narrative that intertwines memory, identity, and history, using a contemporary language that invites contemplation and reflection.
Reviews: Mantova Centro Storico - Tour a piedi con Guida Tiziana Portioli

Today, we took a trip to Mantua with the Barlassina Social Cooperative. We boarded at 11:00 a.m. and toured the lakes and part of the Mincio River. A delicious lunch was served on board, and upon disembarking at 3:30 p.m., we began our walking tour of the historic center with a wonderful guide. It was a perfect day, thanks in part to the faint rays of sunshine, and it's an experience I recommend to everyone.
Reviews: I Musici Veneziani Concert: Vivaldi Four Seasons
Guest User2025-10-27
We attended a concert in a magnificent setting in Campo San Salvador, opposite the Church of San Salvador. With excellent acoustics, we enjoyed a superb performance. The musicians, dressed in 18th-century costumes, gave a truly beautiful performance, especially the first violin, a true virtuoso. It was a truly magnificent, timeless experience to hear Vivaldi's Four Seasons, by this wonderful Venetian composer.

This is my second time bringing friends, always a great experience. Massimo, the masseur, was excellent for 50 minutes, very professional, I'll be back soon. A word of advice: there's a shortage of watches around.
