Bangkok is one of the most accessible getaways for Singaporean travelers — affordable, familiar, and packed with cultural and culinary variety. But exploring everything on your own can be exhausting, especially with the heat and long distances between attractions. Day tours in Bangkok offer a more efficient way to experience the city, covering temples, floating markets, or even day trips to Ayutthaya with transport and a local guide included. Whether you're looking for food adventures, historical sites, or river cruises, there are guided experiences to suit every pace and interest.

Reviews: OPULANCE Night Cruise on the Chao Phraya River [ICONSIAM Pier]

The boat's service itself was quite good, but the booking details stated that they would call one day in advance of the trip, and there was no call at all. I intended to inform them of the date they called, as it was my mother's birthday, so they could prepare a special cake using their own ingredients, but there was no contact. However, the boat staff handled the problem well. I think it's better to book directly with the boat company for special occasions if you need a cruise.

Immerse yourself in Bangkok's most romantic golden hour ✨ A flowing feast on the Chao Phraya River As night falls, Bangkok transforms. Tonight, I've chosen to spend the evening in the breeze of the Chao Phraya River. As the cruise ship slowly sets sail, the scenery gradually transforms from bustling to dazzling. When the ivory-carved stupa of **Wat Arun** comes into view, its golden lights illuminating its form, that moment is truly breathtaking.

A must-see attraction in Bangkok, it's very unique. The floating market, which you can take a boat around and see a lot of local snacks, is a good place to eat. It's best not to eat on the main street, as it's more expensive. The train station felt a bit dangerous, but thankfully the trains were slow and the vendors packed up quickly. After the announcement, they were ready in a few minutes. It was a spectacular sight.

The day trip around Bangkok was great. Our guide, Yoyo, and driver picked us up on time and introduced us to Thai culture, customs, and history, including Wat Arun, the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), and the Pratunam Buddha. It was very informative and I was very satisfied overall.
