The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use. There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process. Most of the time you just have to show your QR code. I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG

Tripcom is simply the best service! We arrived at the Singapore cable car, ready to buy tickets at the ticket office, but were told payment was by card only. That's how we got there. I checked Tripcom, and in a second, everything was paid for, the confirmation and QR code arrived instantly, and here we are, soaring on our way to Sentosa Island. I highly recommend it for buying tickets! Super easy!


