The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. This was a 2 part tour. The Academia tour was lead by a lovely Danish woman. Tour was very informative and was just detailed enough. Uffizi tour was led by Claudia. This museum is SO large and it was great to visit to the masterpieces chosen by her. Because we visited in the off season, there were no crowds and we had plenty of time to enjoy each room. Claudia recommended 2 fantastic gelato spots and we loved them! Highly recommend this tour

Friendly and clear welcome at the entrance. Well-designed museum: large-scale reproductions of Leonardo da Vinci's inventions and works and his collaborators, with interesting descriptions alongside each. We adults learn a lot, too; for children, I found it very interactive, with workshops available. Congratulations!
