The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.

Very easy to use at Ho Chi Minh City airport. Good communication from the local vendor from start to finish. I don’t think fast track is needed in some cases but personally I wanted to book as a back up in case there were long queues. The person with the sign was easy to locate when landing and I was in and out of immigration within 10-15mins. Highly recommended if you want a back up in case of queues.

The best thing you can buy for quick and easy passport control. When I bought it, I was wondering, "Do we really need this?" but I don't regret it at all. We arrived during the day and there were a lot of people (400-500). We were greeted with a sign immediately upon arrival. We went through passport control in two minutes. I highly recommend it.

Super good deal! The value exceeds the money spent. It took me only 7 mins plus from the aero bridge (which was berth at the extreme end of the airport) to clearing the immigration. The communicated instructions was clear, and the staff waiting just before the arrival hall with my name placard was great guiding me to the fast track clearance lanes, where there was a super long queue just beside for the normal immigration clearance. However I am sure that since I did not having any check in luggage help too. I strongly recommend this service to anyone who is in a rush to clear immigration, or simply hates the hassle of waiting in line.

I had trouble connecting at first, but everything worked perfectly! I turned it on right at the airport and off we went. I've been to Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hanoi, and everything worked perfectly everywhere, with no outages. I only used up 5GB of data per day once, when I was listening to Yandex Music (not downloaded tracks, but Vodno). On the other days, messaging, surfing the web, and watching Instagram videos used no more than 2-3GB per day. I didn't use customer support, but I gave it 5 stars so as not to lower the rating because I was completely satisfied.


