Well organised and helpful staff. Worth noting that in low season there are only 3 buses a day, so it's more likely you'll do just a circular route. The 10.30 AM bus is a much longer route. The 4.30 bus is the next longest. And the 6.30PM one the last one in low season. You are allowed to go on an early bus then take the later one too. Also worth noting that certainly in low season they let you take the boat on a different day if you like. There are both open air and aircon seats on the upper deck. You get a free beer or soft drink on the boat and there's more food and drinks available if you want it.
