Product details

▲ The National Museum of Colombo is the country's oldest museum, built in 1877 in the capital city of Colombo. The building is an elegant two-story white building in the Italian style. A new museum was added in 1980, which is a concentrated display of Sri Lanka's 2,500-year civilization.

▲ The museum houses over 100,000 precious artifacts, including the royal throne and crown of the Kandy dynasty, the Zheng He donation stele (in three languages), thousand-year-old Buddha statues and bronze sculptures, and more than 20 themed exhibition halls that clearly outline the religious, artistic and diplomatic history of Sri Lanka.

▲ Colombo's Independence Square is a symbol of Sri Lanka's national independence, where it was declared liberated from colonial rule in 1948. The central memorial hall is a replica of the royal palace of the Kandyan dynasty, with 60 stone pillars and lions surrounding it, carved with elephants, Buddhist stories, and national totems, solemn yet full of local artistic charm.

▲ Surrounded by coconut palms and lawns, this city landmark boasts classic Kandy-style architecture perfect for photos. It's both a historical site and a popular spot for locals to stroll and relax, offering a tranquil and elegant atmosphere where every snapshot is a stunning portrait of exotic culture.

▲ Galleface Green is an iconic seaside green space on the Indian Ocean coast in downtown Colombo. It was established in 1859, stretches for half a kilometer and covers 5 hectares. It was once a racecourse and golf course during the colonial period and is a viewpoint for watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean.

▲ This place is full of vibrant local life, with the aroma of grilled seafood and local snacks wafting in the sea breeze. Locals jog and fly kites, tourists stroll and take photos, and it has also witnessed important historical moments such as Sri Lanka's independence ceremony. The blend of the ancient and the modern is particularly charming.
