How to use
Once you booked, please reach out to us to confirm your hotel pick up location and scuba diving equipment sizes.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 07:30, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 07:30 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
If your hotel is outside the "online selection", don't worry, as long as it is in Kata, Karon, Patong, Phuket Old Town, Koh Siray, or Chalong Police Station then we can pick you up for free.
If you are outside of Kata, Karon, Patong, Phuket Old Town, Koh Siray, and Chalong Police Station, then there will be small surcharge or will require a private roundtrip transfer which you will pay directly to the driver.
If you are pregnant, you cannot join.
People under 10 years old cannot join scuba diving.
