If a cancellation request is submitted before 17:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. The two prices are for 1-5 people/6-10 people. The number of people is the same for both large and small babies (infant in arms). Please place an order according to the actual number of people.
2. If the quantity you purchased does not match the actual number of people present, you will need to pay the difference in price, otherwise we have the right to refuse to provide you with the interpretation service.
3. It is recommended to arrive at the meeting point marked on the product 5-10 minutes in advance before departure. If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time, it will be deemed that you voluntarily give up this service.
4. After the reservation is successful, the guide will contact you by text message or phone to arrange the time. Please keep your mobile phone open.
