I booked the tour online through Trip.com, and Maggie contacted me within an hour to confirm the tour details. Maggie was particularly helpful and accommodating, as we wanted to tailor and add Mount Muztagh Glacier to our itinerary. We received our driver's information the night before our day tour – providing peace of mind. On the day, Mr. Jiao, our guide, was hospitable and attentive to customers. He has excellent knowledge and was attentive throughout. When we set off, he bought drinking water early in the morning. When we arrived at Mount Muztagh with high alpity, he went to buy an oxygen tank again. When we had some mild high-altition, he carefully slowed down the car. We were very satisfied with the whole tour. Mr. Jiao was warm and hospitable, and very attentive to his customers. He was very knowledgeable and considerate of everything along the way. He bought drinking water for us well in advance. When we experienced altitude sickness at Muztagh Ata, he bought oxygen cylinders. He carefully reminded us when we had mild altitude sickness and slowed down the car; he's a very thoughtful person. We were very satisfied with the entire trip, including the journey through Baisha Mountain, Muztagh Ata, and the Pamir Plateau 👍🏼, and it was full of laughter. 😊★

The buffet initially had a long queue, but after 30 minutes the line was over. The food was excellent, and there was enough to eat as much as you wanted. The food quality was decent, but drinks had to be purchased separately. The live performance was fantastic, and the singers were great at creating a lively atmosphere. I recommend sitting on the deck.★

This was my first tour, and I really enjoyed the tour's punctuality, pace, and coverage of major tourist attractions. Especially the friendly guidance of our guide, Yuri, and her detailed explanations in Korean were truly impressive. I'd definitely do it again next time I visit Osaka.★

The original day tour was canceled and we were offered to change to a similar tour that has Jiufen, Shifen, and Yehliu as an addition. We were ok with the change. At the meeting place beginning of the tour, it was a little bit confusing since many tours meet at the same place/time. Make sure to know your tour guide's name. Our tour guide is Jerry Liao. He is friendly, professional. He gives good descriptions of the places we visited, recommendations on what to do, and very detail instructions on when/where to meet after free-time. Jerry speaks in both Chinese and English so everybody can follow along. I enjoyed the tour even though it seemed a bit rush since we covered 3 places in about 8 hours.
