I booked it. A couple of hours later, the operator messaged me on WhatsApp. We agreed on the pickup time, location, and destination. A minibus picked me up from the hotel and took me to another hotel. The ride itself was comfortable, as the bus had captain's chairs! When planning your trip, keep in mind that the bus may not arrive on time, as it picks up passengers from various hotels along the way.★

The bus was well-managed and fully equipped. There was a bottle of mineral water, two small pillows, a blanket, a TV, and a massage. The service was excellent, especially Miss Trang. She was responsive, polite, and patient in responding to chats, and was responsible and kind enough to recommend the best bus. I am truly grateful to her. The bus was very clean and comfortable. 👍👍★
