Great service and comfy cabin! Really impressed with HK Buslines. The bus was clean, the cabin was comfy, and the bed was surprisingly cosy for an overnight trip. But the ride felt very shaky at times, especially on winding roads, and engine noise made it hard to sleep deeply. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. A straight bus from Sapa to Ha Long saved us hours of transfer hassle. Staff were helpful and communication via WhatsApp was clear. No toilet on board, but we made few rest stops so it was fine. Would definitely recommend!

everything is good. the best option to transfer from Hanoi to Sapa during night with this sleeper bus. Customer services also very good in answering questions and helping out in changes to correct timing.

Excellent service. They took us from the hotel by minibus to a larger bus, took us to Sapa, and then back. We were dropped off at the bus drop-off point and then taken back to the hotel. Everything went great, and the cost wasn't too high.


