I booked it. A couple of hours later, the operator messaged me on WhatsApp. We agreed on the pickup time, location, and destination. A minibus picked me up from the hotel and took me to another hotel. The ride itself was comfortable, as the bus had captain's chairs! When planning your trip, keep in mind that the bus may not arrive on time, as it picks up passengers from various hotels along the way.★

I had an amazing trip with HK Sleeper Bus from Hanoi (Noi Bai) to Sa Pa. The whole journey was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The bus was clean and well-maintained, and the sleeper beds were surprisingly spacious and cozy for the whole ride.
The staff were friendly and professional, and they made sure everyone was settled and comfortable before departure. The ride was quiet and relaxing, and I arrived in Sa Pa feeling refreshed and ready to explore.
Overall, I highly recommend HK Sleeper Bus for anyone traveling from Hanoi to Sa Pa. Excellent service and great value for money! 🚍✨★

Trang made this experience really easy. She kept in touch by WhatsApp and explained everything perfectly. The bus was very comfortable. The WiFi was good and the phone charging points worked. The driver was steady so you could just lie back and take in the views of the Vietnamese countryside. Good service. Thank you. 🙏
