The so-called "Chinese-speaking tour" is actually just a confirmation email sent to your phone by the merchant after you've successfully purchased and paid for the tickets. It lists the activities included in the package. However, there's virtually no Chinese-speaking service throughout the trip; it's essentially like buying two packages and then traveling entirely independently. On the boat and on the Great Barrier Reef platform, those who speak good English can learn more about the activities and have a smoother experience, while those who don't can just go with the flow. The overall experience of this tour wasn't as great as I had imagined beforehand; this varies from person to person because everyone's past experiences and expectations are different.

This was my second time at Phi Loi Island. The last time I went snorkeling alone, I saw a sea turtle. This time, I went to the beach behind the island with my daughter and saw a Napoleon fish. I was incredibly lucky!
Reviews: Cairns Kuranda Rainforest Day Tour English Package Bus Cable Car Rainforest Park Free Choice

I booked a small group tour with Chinese-speaking staff, taking the cable car up and the train down. There were three cable car rides, we saw the waterfall, the Kuranda rainforest was beautiful, the amphibious assault vehicle was cool, and the driver explained tropical plants in a very humorous way. We also saw an indigenous performance, getting up close to their culture; they were very friendly. The restaurant had both buffet and à la carte options, and the food was good. You should try their signature chocolate banana popsicles. My favorite part was holding the koalas. These national treasures, who only work for half an hour after two days of rest, were a little smelly, but absolutely adorable. They even looked for the camera, clinging tightly to their little paws—so soft and cute! The little train wobbled and swayed for a long time. The tour guide was excellent, and the other passengers helped each other. A truly unforgettable experience.
