Eligibility

Adult: Age 13 to 80

This itinerary has certain requirements for participants' water skills. No rafting experience is required, but swimming ability is mandatory.

Pregnant women, passengers with heart disease or those taking heart medications are not allowed to participate in this activity; passengers with other health issues should inform the staff in advance for evaluation to determine if participation is suitable.

Participating in rafting activities involves a certain level of risk. The attraction company does not guarantee the safety of participants, and it is recommended that you purchase insurance on your own.

This itinerary is subject to weather conditions, river water levels, and water temperatures. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the trip or switch to other rivers or sections. Guests may not request compensation for such changes. Please be advised!

If you fail to attend the trip at the agreed time and location, it will be considered as automatic forfeiture and the full amount will be charged.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Duration: approximately 4.5 hours (including about 30 min of speedboating)

Shotover River Rafting: 8:00 AM, 1:00 PM

Kawarau River Rafting: 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM

Kawarau River Rafting + Jet Speedboating: 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM

Special reminder: Please select your preferred departure time slot when placing the order. The exact departure time will be as indicated on your itinerary!

Please bring your own swimwear and towels.

Please do not bring valuable items such as cameras or GoPros with you during the rafting activity, as storage lockers are provided at the rafting base.

The boat can accommodate up to 8 people (including the guide).

Participants must carefully follow the guide's instructions.
