I liked everything. What could be improved is if you told the truth about the cable car ride in March and April, which doesn't exist. It's advertised as if it does, and we only discover after paying that it's not available during those months.★

Jonas was a very exceptional guide and knew a lot about the history of the city. I am always interested in the history and stories of UNESCO world heritage sites.
He pointed out the interesting architecture, fountains, and old shopping district.
I highly recommend Jonas for your tour of Bern.
