1. Package A is a waitlist package for the large cable car. Waitlisting must be done in person with facial recognition for real-name verification. After placing your order, a staff member will contact you in advance to guide you through the specific operation process. Full refund if unsuccessful. If you have concerns about this, please do not place an order!
Foreign guests without a mainland mobile phone number cannot use WeChat to pay in RMB and are not physically in China, thus cannot join the waitlist. Please book the guaranteed ticket package!!!
2. B, C, D, and E are guaranteed ticket packages for the large cableway. Please order 3-5 days in advance! The system guarantees tickets on a one-card basis, with no discounts for any person or ID. Once tickets are issued, they cannot be refunded or changed. Please do not purchase if you have concerns.
The time slot for the Baotiao Cableway is subject to secondary system review after manual submission, with the final approved time slot determined by the system. Package C includes the Grand Cableway + Spruce Meadow dual cableway package!
3. Our driver will call you around 10 PM the night before your trip to inform you of the departure time and pick-up point for the next day. If you haven't received any notification by then, please contact customer support immediately. For international guests, please provide a WeChat account or mainland China phone number for contact after booking, as other contact methods are currently not supported. Communication with the driver will rely on WeChat's auto-translation or translation software. If this is not acceptable to you, please refrain from booking. Thank you!
4. Pick-up service is available along the roads around Lijiang Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town. For locations beyond the designated area, please proceed to the pick-up point on your own. The itinerary timing and sightseeing sequence are estimated for reference only. Different groups in the same vehicle may have different cable car time slots for Yulong Snow Mountain. The driver will reasonably adjust the sightseeing sequence according to each group's cable car schedule. Please strictly follow your assigned cable car time slot.
5. The snow mountain is a self-guided tour. The driver will provide guidance via WeChat, but there is no guide service. The driver will arrange the day's itinerary based on the cable car schedule. The driver will not accompany you on the cable car or enter Blue Moon Valley. After arrangements are made, guests will explore on their own.
6. All packages include a complimentary opportunity to watch the sunrise on Jinshan. If you wish to see it, please contact customer support after placing your order to add a note. The viewing location is not fixed, and visibility depends on weather conditions—cloudy or rainy days may not offer a clear view. The actual experience will depend on the day's conditions. Departure for sunrise viewing is around 5:30 AM, but the exact departure time will be confirmed by the driver.
7. In case of temporary cableway suspension due to strong winds or other force majeure on the travel day: - For visitors who have already entered the mountain area: Only the cableway fee of 120/person will be refunded. If medium/small cableway tickets are available, visitors may switch to medium/small cableway with an 80/person price difference refund. - For visitors who haven't entered the mountain area: The full booking will be refunded after deducting a 100/person Ancient City Maintenance and Vehicle Damage fee.
8. Approximate return time for the cable car: Depending on factors such as crowd flow, weather, transportation, and other unforeseen circumstances, the return time is around 15:00 during the off-peak season and around 17:00 during the peak season. The exact return time will be determined based on the actual situation on the day. The return trip will drop off at Lijiang Ancient Town and Shuhe Old Town. If you have a flight or train to catch after the tour, please consult customer support in advance to avoid any delays in your itinerary.
Note:
1. On the way to the snow mountain by vehicle, you will stop at an oxygen supply store to collect the provided "Snow Mountain Essentials" including oxygen bottles, cold-proof clothing (to be returned after the tour), and mineral water. Staff will explain safety precautions for visiting the snow mountain and recommend oxygen supplies. Visitors may purchase additional personal items as needed, please make rational choices.
2. On the way to the Visitor Center, you will pass by the Dongba Culture Art Museum. The attraction staff will introduce the Dongba culture of Snow Mountain and its sacred origins. There will be a prayer activity during this time, please make rational decisions.
