A very good experience. We bought the elephant bathing package, and the kids had a great time. The guide's explanations were also very interesting and engaging. The staff were also very helpful in taking photos, which were free. It's a great family-friendly attraction. However, the only downside was that the way there felt a bit remote, and there weren't many signs along the way. Otherwise, it was great.★

Our tour guide, Afu, was excellent—easygoing, considerate, and there was no pressure to buy anything. There were photo opportunities during the tour, but we weren't forced to purchase anything; he even provided digital copies of the photos free of charge. The printed photos were used to supplement the elephants' food supply, and it was entirely up to us. Excellent service, great value for money, overall fantastic, and a wonderful experience. They even gave us a complimentary tie-dyed handkerchief.★

Overall, everything was good, but the pickup and return times are long coming from Kata like we did… it has nothing to do with the activity itself, I still want to point out, it's due to the traffic in Patong… we arrived late, the guide was already explaining the day's activities. I took the basic package. We went to make food for the elephants and then we went to see them. The interaction lasted about 30 minutes max (for our basic package), then a very quick cooking class, we got to taste what we made, and then it was back home. The return trip was the same, with huge traffic jams getting back to Kata. We got free photos, which was really nice, thank you :) Overall it was very interesting but a bit short even for the basic package, the journey took us longer lol.
