This was my first time in Bali, and I especially want to commend the customer service representative for recommending so many unique Balinese attractions. She was incredibly helpful, adding us to the group chat promptly and replying to messages super fast! The local driver we contacted spoke English and picked us up around 2 PM, driving us for three hours to Lovina for our boat trip. Although we had to get up early, the sunrise from the boat was breathtaking, and we actually saw a lot of dolphins. It's definitely worth the trip and I highly recommend it.

The team's service was excellent. They adjusted the itinerary according to your needs and circumstances, without rushing or pressuring you. The drivers were especially helpful; every single one was very kind and willing to tip. When my friend's phone was damaged by seawater, they took us to a repair shop and helped us find a replacement, trying their best to solve the problem. They were truly wonderful. I highly recommend booking a tour with them; the price is really reasonable, and the trip is worry-free.

Despite getting soaked in the rain 🌧️ that day, we still enjoyed the experience of exploring that side of Bali. We had a wonderful driver/tour guide (Wirma) and the other two people who were with us on the tour were great travel buddies. We got stuck in traffic for a very long time on our way back to Kuta, so we had a sing along in the car. 🎶 It was a very fun day overall. 🥰🇮🇩

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

Our driver Dedi was a lovely fellow who made us feel welcome and comfortable in his presence. He followed our custom itinerary to the dot. When we couldn’t go to one of the places we planned, he took us to a coffee plantation which was amazing.


