Driver was on time. He didn’t speak English but we were able to communicate well using google translate/ WeChat. Since we booked a private tour, timing was up. I listed a few places, the rest I left it up to driver for suggestion. He was helpful and friendly. I would book with them again.★

We really enjoyed both locations, Shaxi town and Shibao Mountain. The driver was very safe and patiently waited for us to complete our sightseeing. The booking and pick up scheduling was smooth and communication through WeChat was fine. Recommended!★

Jennifer was an outstanding private tour guide for our visit to Shaxi Ancient Town. From the moment we met her, her warm demeanor and deep knowledge of the town grew our excitement for the journey ahead. Our tour was relaxing, allowing us to appreciate the region's tranquil lifestyle. Jennifer, a local Naxi, shared comprehensive insights into the local minority culture, Naxi life, their interactions with the Bi people, and the history of the Tea Horse Road, enriching our understanding of Shaxi's heritage.
Upon our return to Lijiang, Jennifer arranged a tea ceremony and visits to a local Naxi restaurant and supermarket, allowing us to enjoy local tea and foods, offering a rare glimpse into Naxi culture. Jennifer’s expertise, thoughtful planning, and personal touches made our tour incredibly memorable. We highly recommend her for exploring Shaxi and beyond.
