Our guide, Xiao Shao, was professional and enthusiastic, patiently explaining the historical anecdotes and cultural stories of the towns along the way, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing for a leisurely stroll through the water towns, admiring the bridges, canals, and people. He vividly described the background of each attraction, and even thoughtfully suggested the best photo spots and recommended local delicacies. The itinerary was well-planned, ensuring that the unique features of both ancient towns were included, without any rushed or haphazard pace. The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.★
