This was my first time hiring a car through Ctrip, from Kai Tak Ferry Pier in Hong Kong to my hotel in Macau. Communication with the operator was smooth; they created WeChat groups for order managers, vehicle managers, passengers, and drivers, ensuring timely communication. The coordination between drivers in both locations was excellent, making the trip convenient and efficient. Furthermore, the minivan can seat six people, which was very convenient for our group of six, and the price was reasonable.

We had an excellent experience with this travel company. The transfer from Hong Kong to Macao was completely seamless, using two Toyota Alphard vehicles that were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The drivers were outstanding — very professional, punctual, and friendly, which made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. Border procedures were handled efficiently, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish.
