The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use. There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process. Most of the time you just have to show your QR code. I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG

I absolutely have to comment on this trip! It was a very pleasant trip with two groups of people. Our guide, Ning, was extremely responsible, and the transportation was very comfortable. Being able to visit almost every place in one day was definitely worthwhile. He even gave each of us a small gift, which was incredibly thoughtful. Meeting such warm-hearted people in such a beautiful city, coupled with a wonderful itinerary, made for an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Guide Ning!

A very well-organized tour. We arrived at each location on time, with no significant waiting periods. The walk to and from the bus was short (important for me as I have mobility issues). A pleasant river cruise with impressive shows – highly recommended!
