All guests must arrive at the Guest Services Lounge (Level 1) 30 minutes before your flight time. Boarding for latecomers will be at the discretion of the Singapore Flyer Management and subject to availability.

Redemption Location: 30 Raffles Avenue, Singapore 039803

Please note the temporary change in opening hours: Wednesday – Sunday and on Public Holidays, 3pm – 10pm. Last admission at 9:15pm (for Time Capsule) and 9:30pm (for Singapore Flyer).

All guests are required to be fully vaccinated. Provision for children aged 12 years and below applies. Please refer to the latest advisory issued by the Singapore Ministry of Health.

Upon request, all guests are required to present a valid photo identification card and TraceTogether or HealthHub App for verification.

For guests who are not fully vaccinated, Pre-Event Testing (PET) is required with a valid negative COVID-19 Test Result to participate in the activity. The result must be valid for 24 hours with the validity period covering the duration of the visit. If you are unable to do so, it will be considered as no show and there will be no refund or rescheduling allowed. For more info on PET, please visit here.

Change & cancellation policies

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.

The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
