Here, a former athlete serves as a Kukkiwon-certified coach, teaching taekwondo to foreigners at the World Taekwondo Headquarters - Kukkiwon.
After doing some simple stretches, you can learn the basic moves of Taekwondo.
You can learn Taekwondo techniques such as attacks, defenses, and stances, and also experience the thrill of breaking pine boards.
