Hong Kong has been visited many times, but this time it's particularly different. It was overcast, and for a continuous week, the top of Victoria Peak was mostly shrouded in thick fog, visibility was super low, just to take a few photos, I climbed the mountain for five consecutive days and I admire myself for that, but fortunately, I managed to take some quite satisfying photos (picture six) The spot requires climbing a small hill on the walking trail side. For Monster Building, those shots they took of the super tall buildings are photoshopped, shooting from a low angle, the building is only this tall. A trip to Victoria Peak is a must for visitors to Hong Kong. Many ride up the Peak Tram and enjoy the view from there but don't know there's much more to see. A circle route takes you all the way around the Peak, giving a view in every direction. Parts of the trail go through well established forest and it feels more like being in the jungle than in the middle of a densely populated city. It's definitely one of the best places to see the skylines of Central and Kowloon, separated by Victoria Harbour. The circle takes about an hour at a reasonable walking pace. To get there, take the Peak Tram or climb up one of several trails from Central. It's recommended to go after 4 PM! 2. Bus 🚌, take route X15 up the mountain from the Admiralty MTR station exit. 3. Hike up the mountain, it takes about an hour and the path is quite steep. Make sure to bring water and mosquito repellent as there are many mosquitoes on the mountain. Once you reach the peak, start your walk along Lugard Road, where you can see the full panorama of Victoria Harbour all the way, the whole journey takes about half an hour. You can wait for a blues moment to see the night view, it's very worthwhile. Tips: When going to Victoria Peak, make sure to check the weather for good visibility and sunset, it's worth it then. There's also a square on the peak with food and drink shops, and plenty of beverage shops, very convenient! The Peak's viewing platform charges an extra fee, it's recommended to view the night scene from Lugard Road.

The standard way to reach the top of Tai Ping Shan is to take the newly reopened cable car from Admiralty to the peak, but during holidays, there is often a long queue, so most tourists and locals choose to take the No. 15 double-decker bus from Central or Admiralty to the peak. If you sit on the upper deck, you can enjoy the scenery along the way. The most amazing thing is the driver's driving skills, as the road is winding and narrow, and traffic is two-way, but the speed is not too slow. We spent HKD 75 per person for the entrance ticket and arrived at the "Sky Terrace 428" on the top floor of the Peak Tower. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Victoria Harbour view. You can overlook the entire harbour day and night from the mountaintop, which will definitely shock your vision... Although I have been to the top of Tai Ping Shan many times, my friend recommended the circular walking path on the mountaintop. Not only is the road flat, but the scenery is also more beautiful. We walked and stopped for two hours, starting from Luji Road and walking to Xiali Road, and then back to the Tai Ping Shan Square. It is indeed a beautiful and gentle path, where you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the beautiful scenery of Hong Kong. I even regretted buying a ticket to the viewing platform of the Lingxiao Pavilion. If you have time, you must come and take a walk!

Visiting Victoria Peak in Hong Kong is a must! Taking the vintage tram up the mountain to see Victoria Harbour and the sunset night view will truly amaze you. - 🚠Transportation guide: 1. Effort-saving method - Tram up and down the mountain: Exit from J2, follow the signs or navigate to "Peak Tram", it's about five or six hundred meters away 2. Make sure to go along Lugard Road, where you can see the full view of Victoria Harbour. Hiking beginners should not choose a route that's too exhausting - 📷Photo spots: ✔️May Road: After coming out from "High Lane", enter May Road, cross the road and head to the left front, continue up the mountain from the small path on the left side of the tram tracks, this route offers a clear view of Victoria Harbour and the Central skyscrapers ✔️Barker Road: This spot allows you to capture the effect of passing by the tram, which looks very nice, and there's also a British vibe ✔️Sky Terrace 428: The tram terminus, I entered with a combo ticket, which allows an overlooking view of the entire Victoria Harbour ✔️Lion's Pavilion: This place doesn't require a ticket to capture the panoramic view, it's quaint and great for photos ✔️Lugard Road: A free spot to view the panorama, but it requires hiking to reach. Personally, I find it a bit dangerous, but the photos are indeed stunning and impressive - ✔️Travel tips: For those uus who want to take photos, make sure to choose a good weather day, and the group should arrive at the peak before sunset🌇Trust me!
