Brian, our chef teacher, was both very skilled and amiable. He showed us the garden where herbs and spices are grown and took us through each step to produce a soup, stir fry, curry and a dessert. His instructions and the ingredients provided ensured the food we cooked was delicious - and it was.
The experience was a useful introduction to Thai cuisine and one I would recommend to fellow travellers.
