Before boarding the ferry, you need to exchange your e-tickets purchased on Trip.com at the Tiket office at window 20 or 21. E-tickets don't have QR codes. Paper tickets are required for boarding.
It takes a long time from the hotel shuttle stop to boarding the ferry. Distances are long. Everything is clear at the terminal, and the staff are helpful.
Seats are not assigned in advance.
Overall, it's a great way to travel.
Before departure, you'll be asked for a QR code to enter China.★
