The organization and preparation by the travel agency was excellent! The hotel was more like a 3-star than a 4-star. Breakfast was very good, but there was no bar as described. That was a shame. The rooms and the hotel itself are visibly showing their age. However, it's very centrally located (city center, transport links, Mariehilfer Straße shopping street) for an acceptable price. Otherwise, everything was great!★

The young lady at the ticket counter gave us a very warm welcome :) The museum was interesting for Klimt fans, but a bit smaller than expected. The price-performance ratio would have been good if the audio guide had been included with the ticket.★

Thank you to our guide, Alexander, for a wonderful tour! He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, yet made it interesting. He answered all our questions. Alexander conducted the tour in both English and Russian (for the two Russian-speaking participants), for which we are especially grateful!
Our driver, Vitaly, was very experienced and drove extremely carefully, so thank you very much! We felt completely safe with him.
