Our driver was very helpful when we first boarded. I needed a charging cable & he told me where on our route I could hop off to get one on our way to the castle. Very cordial, friendly and welcoming. From the young folk that sell the tickets to the ones that drive you around. Overall a very clean, comfortable ride. They provide headphones for the audio on board in several languages for all visitors.

The areas open to visitors at the castle are small, but it's worth it. We took the tour with Santiago, and it was great. The guide was very enthusiastic and told us the history with real passion, which was much appreciated. The only downside was that we started 10 minutes late.

Our guide at Edinburgh Castle was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
