I booked on both arrival and departure. For arrival, it seems only slightly faster than general queue line probably due to early morning landed at the airport around 8 am. For departure, yes, it is significantly faster than general queue. But you still need to go into another queue line (join with other) for security screening. Unless you buy a super vip fast track which will have different queue line for security screening.

I work as a travel agent and book fast track service at Cam Ranh Airport for all my tourists upon arrival. It's very convenient; you don't have to wait two hours in the general passport control line.

We were met with a sign and went straight through security without a line. We didn't have to book at Fukuoka Airport. Our plane had just landed, so we only had one flight to security. If you're in a hurry, this is a good option.

I made a last-minute reservation at Hanoi Airport on the same day. I booked the lower section, but was informed that the upper section was the only one available. The seats were spacious and comfortable. It was nice that the bus stopped for 20-30 minutes at a large and fairly clean rest area. Both the staff and the driver were friendly, and communication was smooth. If you wait at Pillar 1 on the first floor of Noi Bai Airport, a representative will contact you around the boarding time and come to pick you up. Then, you just need to go to the bus boarding area next to the restrooms near the pillar. It seems the bus departure time is based on Hanoi time. We booked for 4:30, but the bus arrived around 4:45. It appears to be based on the departure time from Hanoi.

I ordered the service for my husband. Upon arrival, we were met with a sign and escorted to the counter. Everything went very quickly, we communicated via WhatsApp.
