My wife and I along with another couple recently visited Auckland, New Zealand on a cruise vacation to the South Pacific. While there, we took this excursion. The bus was very comfortable and our group was quite small, which made the experience very enjoyable. Our guide was personable and very knowledgeable. We visited a rain forest and several scenic overlook areas with amazing views of the forest and lake scenery. We also visited a black sand beach. This excursion was very enjoyable.β

Started off stopping for us to buy some meat pies, then went on an educational hike through the rainforest, which the guide kept very engaging. Then we went the rest of the way to Piha Beach and got to spend some time exploring there!β

We went out on the water with Dalton. He's a very friendly and relaxed guy. He makes sure you feel comfortable going out on the water. He also gave us some useful information about the harbor. And we enjoyed tea from the kayak with a brownie.ξ₯
