Things to do in Dahua

The First Bend of the Hongshui River is located in Banwen Village, Sanshi Town, Donglan County, Hechi City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The Hongshui River makes a big turn at a place where it flows through Banwen Village, forming a "U"-shaped canyon, which is the First Bend of the Hongshui River. The river is narrow, with towering mountains on both sides, reaching the sky, with a drop of hundreds of meters above the water surface, and clouds and mist lingering in the canyon, which is a rare landscape for seeking wonders, viewing beauty, and exploring the mysteries.

Tunbang Skylight, a 2-hour drive from Nanning, is the perfect choice for a tour around Guangxi! There is a natural underground spring here, the water is cold and clear, and the water quality is so good that there are aquatic plants growing under the water. The homestay, restaurant, paddle board, and life jackets next to Tunbang Skylight are all complete. If you have enough time, you can spend a night next to the skylight and see the fairy-like water mist in the morning.

Even more thrilling than the "Eight Miles and Nine Bends" is the viewing corridor leading to the Qianshan Wanlong Observation Deck. A giant white dragon winds its way up the mountain ridge, flanked by a thousand-foot cliff. For those afraid of heights, it's an insurmountable chasm.

Aside from the water being a bit low when I went, everything else was fine. The boat ride past the waterfall was worth seeing, and the path to the viewing platform after disembarking was also okay. It was a bit commercialized but not overly so, and the facilities along the way blended well with the surrounding environment.
