Things to do in Baoting

If you're tired of the sea in Sanya, this is a good place to change things up. A package ticket including activities is a good deal for a family of three; both stream tracing and zip-lining are quite fun. However, it's not cost-effective if you're only bringing elderly people. The 180 yuan senior ticket doesn't include any activities; it's more like visiting a large park, so I wouldn't recommend bringing seniors here.

Qixianling is perfect for hiking and connecting with nature. We hiked the entire way up, skipping the last 100 meters due to thunder and rain, but the whole trip was still very enjoyable. I highly recommend the rafting at the end; it's a perfect finishing touch to the trip. My legs were sore for days after the hike, but it was a happy kind of pain.

Hongxia Valley Rafting (Recommended): A national 4A-level scenic area, the entire course is 3.8 kilometers long with a drop of over 80 meters. It gets its name from the yellowish-red rocks. The banks are densely forested, providing minimal sun exposure throughout the rafting trip. The facilities are well-developed, making it suitable for thrill-seekers who want a comfortable experience.

A very small scenic spot. Compared with the crowded commercial attractions such as Binlang Valley and Yanoda during the Spring Festival, it is like a paradise. There is no shortage of lakes and mountains, no noisy various entertainment projects, only infinite and moving natural scenery. This place is suitable for people who enjoy the quiet and natural beauty. However, as a scenic spot, it is slightly small and can be visited slowly in half a day. Next time I come, I will definitely choose to stay here.

Today's experience was great. Although the weather was quite hot, the activities were all very exciting, especially the "Take It All" activity. Lifeguard Jiang Zhaoyang was very helpful and even offered to get an ice pack when I got injured. Coach Chen, who was snorkeling in the shark pool, was particularly helpful and provided professional snorkeling instruction. Although I only played for two and a half hours, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely come back next time.

The Atlantis Aquarium in Sanya is absolutely stunning! The enormous Lost Chambers aquarium makes you feel like you're in an underwater world, with over 86,000 marine creatures swimming in 13,500 tons of natural seawater. The beluga whale interaction is incredibly therapeutic, the jellyfish area is dreamy and beautiful, and every shot in the underwater tunnel is a masterpiece. It's definitely worth the ticket price for a family trip; you can learn something new and experience the wonders of the ocean. Highly recommended!

The scenery was quite beautiful. We took an electric cart ride around the island. The waves crashing against the rocks were indeed a beautiful sight. We've toured Hainan Island, and this is probably the best view here.

Diaoluoshan National Forest Park, with a maximum elevation of 1499 meters, enjoys a cool climate year-round with an average temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, making it an ideal summer resort. The park boasts numerous natural landscapes, including lakes and mountains, towering peaks, waterfalls and streams, ancient trees, rare flowers and herbs, rare birds and animals, and strangely shaped caves and rocks. It also features the renowned Fengguoshu Waterfall Group and beautiful southern pastoral scenery, and is situated in a tropical monsoon climate zone.

Hiking in the rainforest offers excellent air quality, beautiful scenery, and is shade-free. The park's signage is clear, so you won't get lost. The tropical rainforest is rich in flora and fauna, making for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Rainforest Valley is located in Sanya City. The tropical rainforest climate is always rainy. The scenery in the rain is more charming and full of vitality. I especially like this feeling! I appreciated a lot of tropical plants and learned a lot!
