The hotel's location is pretty good, not too far from the subway station – about a 15-minute walk. Plus, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. A big highlight is the hotel's bar; they can mix cocktails based on your preferences, and I had a truly amazing drink there! The gym equipment is top-notch, though it's quite small with limited machines. Overall, I'd recommend it!

The front desk staff were super friendly and polite. They helped me with so many things, really appreciate it! The room was spacious and comfortable. I always stay here whenever I visit Yokohama, and the subway is right outside, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this place!

There's a direct bus from Haneda Airport that drops you right at the hotel entrance. The closest subway station is Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line, just a few minutes' walk away.
This is a traditional luxury hotel and a landmark in Yokohama. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Both the daytime and nighttime views from the window were absolutely stunning. It's definitely worth experiencing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a very comfortable stay.
The facilities were excellent, from the relaxing atmosphere in the common areas to the well-maintained amenities. Everything felt modern and thoughtfully designed. I was also very impressed with the food — delicious, fresh, and with a good variety of options to choose from.
Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is a 5–6 minute walk from Gora Station, making it convenient for exploring the area. They offer welcome drinks and snacks, along with complimentary coffee and beverages. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious; breakfast included congee, and dinner was a generous spread (buffet plus beef or fish teppanyaki). The room was newly renovated and quite spacious. While there's no bathtub, the indoor onsen is good (though no open-air bath, there is a foot bath). Service was decent, and it offers great value for money.

The direction from minatomirai station to hotel wasn’t clear, resulting we have to walk one big round to the hotel. After seeking staff advise, we then know the correct way. The room and toilet was big and spacious. The bathroom has separate bathtub, shower room and toilet which we like it. The room has balcony which has a very good view of the sea and amusement park. It is just 5 mins walk to the amusement park, cup museum and world’s porta shopping mall with a lot of anime figurines and claw machine. It’s a good time to take a break before heading to Tokyo. From our room, we can even see both Tokyo tower and skytree. The staff are helpful and there is even luggage delivery service which I had arranged and paid a fee to have it delivered to my Tokyo hotel. Highly recommended this hotel.

I returned to my beloved Sakuragicho Washington Hotel for a two-night stay at the end of 2025. It's conveniently located right across from JR Sakuragicho Station, just a few minutes' walk away. Directly opposite is a large shopping mall with a cinema and many restaurants on the top floor, and a supermarket on the basement level that's open until 11 PM. Situated in the Minatomirai area, its prime location means you can take the cable car across and walk to the Red Brick Warehouse in just about ten minutes!
When booking, try to reserve a room with 'night view' in the description. You'll be able to see the stunning night view of Minatomirai. I booked late this time and only got a room on the other side, but it felt a bit more spacious! At the front desk, you can pick up skincare products, toiletries, face masks, and bath additives.
Breakfast is on the fifth floor at Bayside, where you can enjoy tuna from Misaki Port and some Yokohama specialty dishes. If you're lucky, you might even get a table with a view!
Joining the Fujita membership allows you to enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge. You can also accumulate points to exchange for a night-view room, and receive small gifts.

Best stay in Japan so far, room was spacious and quiet. Truly made a different from smaller rooms which we stayed in Japan. Great location as hotel was connected to Minamotorai rail, which was very convenient. Walkable to Nissan Ramen Museum but prepare raingear if it rains!
Suggest to have thicker pillows for better sleep.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable; the moment you walk in, you feel a sense of relaxation, making it perfect for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy atmosphere, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very comfortable sleep.
The hot springs are definitely the highlight of this hotel. The water is clear, and the temperature is just right, leaving you feeling completely relaxed after a soak. The different pools are also thoughtfully designed, with unique characteristics for both indoor and outdoor options. The outdoor hot springs, in particular, offer a truly delightful experience in a natural setting.
Service also deserves praise. The staff were friendly and patient in answering any questions, making me feel well looked after.
All in all, it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay. If I have the chance in the future, I would definitely consider coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking to rest well and enjoy some hot springs.

The hotel's location is excellent, extremely close to Sakuragicho Station, with many JR and subway lines. It's also very convenient for viewing cherry blossoms along the Ooka River. While there aren't many food options right next door, a 3-5 minute walk will lead you to plenty of charming small restaurants.
It's also not too far from the Red Brick Warehouse, about a 20-minute walk. However, I was assigned a room facing the railway tracks, which made it quite noisy at night. The room itself was very spacious, definitely offering great value for money.
I wouldn't recommend paying 300 yen for the bath; it's not a hot spring, just a regular communal bath.

Amazing
GGuest UserThis trip went to stay at a unique hot spring hotel that has just opened. Rooms with natural hot springs and private gardens can watch movies in the open air in the private garden. Privacy is good to be protected! The Tsuruyoshigawa Hotel is hidden in the fishing village of the Manazuru Peninsula, the room is new, the garden and pond on the first floor are very nice, and it is very beautiful to relax and look at the pond while drinking coffee. The sunlight was illuminated by the surface of the water, making me feel relaxed at once. The most unforgettable thing was the smiles and warm and kind service of all the staff during the stay. Dinner and afternoon tea are unique to the seaside, and I was particularly impressed that there was such a luxurious dinner in the fishing village. All the staff at the restaurant were very polite, the service was fine and the food was really delicious and an extraordinary experience. I would like to go again if I have the opportunity.
AAnonymous UserThe room was absolutely amazing, with convenient amenities and clean rooms. It's a five-minute walk from the coast, making it the only hotel on this trip to Japan where I'd like to stay longer next time. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a free welcome drink and toiletries. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, even dropping us off at the station around 5 PM on the day of our checkout. The staff were incredibly friendly and even provided directions to Tokyo. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!
GGuest UserI really liked the hotel. The price-quality ratio is perfect; I'd even say you could pay more for this comfort. The room was spacious and clean, with a forest view. Fresh linens, excellent breakfasts, and delicious coffee. A mountain lake is a 15-minute walk away. Free shuttle to the cable car. A great onsen. Traditional kemanos for visiting the onsen. Shared showers for women with plenty of skincare products. I would happily return to this hotel.
GGuest UserThere are three Japanese-style rooms, all located on the second floor of the box burger restaurant, but it is quiet at night and you don't have to worry about being disturbed. The staff is very enthusiastic and patient, and speaks fluent English. Hot springs require reservations. One room has two reservation opportunities per night, one in the morning and one in the evening. After the reservation is successful, you can enjoy it alone. The room is made of wood, and the overall clean and elegant, but the sound insulation and stability are not very good. Guests in three rooms share a washbasin and toilet, and need to make their own beds (but it's very simple). It is suitable for guests who want to experience Japanese houses. Overall, it's good.
GGuest UserThe hotel is cheap and good. It should be said that the room size is the largest among Japanese hotels. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There is a mountain view outside the window, and the field of vision is relatively wide. It is relatively comfortable to live there. As the flight was delayed, it was already early in the morning when we arrived at the hotel, but the staff was still very welcoming. It's just that the hotel does not have Chinese service, so you need to know a little Japanese to communicate.
~~yida~(Lurking)The environment is very good, the hotel is a pleasant experience on the mountain. There are indoor hot springs in all rooms. We live in Room 11 and have a lot of space about 35 square meters. There is a lounge for a smooth drink and food in the hotel, and the breakfast is very good. Will come again next time.
