Yuanmingyuan Park Review

Big park! Lots of historical ruins. Would be great if you have a guide to explain its significance. Not easy to get around with kids as it’s impossible to cover everything in a day.

This is my first time coming here. Before, I was very excited and looking forward to trying this place once. It really didn't disappoint me because it was so beautiful and fun. Truly unforgettable, this place will forever impress me. The people here are very friendly and sociable, which is very valuable. I love this place and hope to come back many times in the future. Was lucky enough to go on a sunny day that was not crowded! Mid-morning is best, and it’s good to spend at least 2 hours here. Easy by ride share or subway/walk. There’s a lot of history, and the site is massive in terms of ruins and unkept landscape. Perfect April-September.

Particularly beautiful during wintertime to me. It’s cold, but less crowds and everywhere can be picture background. recommended
