Meizhou Lingguang Temple was built in the Tang Dynasty in Xiantong two years (861 AD), formerly known as Shengshou Temple, Ming Dynasty Hongwu 18 years (1385) after expansion to the current name. The layout of the building is generally three rooms, entering seven rooms, with mountain gates, halls, pavilions, etc., including the Daxiong Palace, King Kong Palace, Luohan Palace, Bell Tower, Jingtang, Guest Hall, Zhaitang, etc. The biggest feature is "Lingguang Three Musts". Although the incense is full, the smoke of the incense candle is emitted from the spiral wind bucket "eight algae well" at the top of the temple, which makes the temple fresh all year round, which is a must; the ancient trees outside the top of the temple are towering, but the tiles are not left, which is a must; Two ancient cypresses stand in front of the temple, one glory and one dead, one life, the living branches are lush, the dead are immortal, the strange "life and death tree", the world is rare, this is three. The temple is surrounded by mountains and a stream in front of it. It feels really comfortable to have birds and flowers.
