The Big Buddha, Phuket Review

such a great experience there is more to see than just the big Buddha!! The view was beautiful as well as the spider monkeys.

we drove all the way up to the hilltop and the parking is free. do remember to wear pant/skirt over the knee length otherwise you have to pay for buying a covers

It’s a must visit place if you’re in Phuket. The viewpoint from here is amazing.

The Big Buddha in Phuket is a nice thing to do away from the beach life of Phuket. Rent a scooter and you are free to make an afternoon of it. Construction still being done at the base of the statue. Because it is up on the hill, it has some good views of Phuket (especially of Kata Beach). Recommend.
