In the 1970s, Royal Bank planned to move its headquarters from Viremary Square in Montreal to Toronto, so it began to build the building. The Royal Bank Square consists of two buildings, north and south. The south building is higher than the North building, and the foundation is triangular. Because the floor structure is very rugged, it is easy to lead to spider webs. The glass of the building is plated with 2,500 oz (71,000 g) of gold, and each window is worth 70 Canadian dollars.
