What a classic. If you want to show someone from out of town a great cultural experience and first class Mexican food this is the place. Tina our waitress was delightful. You could smell the aroma at the valet stand! Margaritas were great. Tacos al carbon, my barometer for Mexican restaurants, are the best. It wasn't too crowded for a Friday night. Summertime I guess and a lot of people on vacation. It can be loud do be prepared. Fresh tortillas are incredible. Enjoy. Adios.

Ninfa's on Navigation, one of the best Mexican dishes in Houston, Fajitas, is the best, but the burrito should be the most skilled thing to do, probably because there is a raw material in it is not very fresh, anyway, I took a bite and then no interest in eating.

Went for dinner here after hearing good thing about it online, and they’re all true. From the chips and Guacamole at the start, the Chicken and Steak fajitas were just incredible. I was stuffed after the first 2 but there was no way i was leaving them. They were just too good.

A few Chinese friends in Houston had a dinner. A friend recommended this restaurant. After entering, I found that it was really great. The space was large, the environment was very good, and the dishes were very large and the taste was very good.

The taste is absolutely sweet and not greasy, you can eat as much as you want, and you don't feel fat.

We were in Houston for a family wedding and had Friday night to ourselves. I invited family from the west and east coasts to join us for REAL Texmex and had to go to the original home of the Fajita. We were not disappointed. Driving into the HOOD freaked out a few in the group but I assured them all was well. When we arrived the place was hopping. Two weeks prior to our visit I tried to make a reservation on open table but it showed it was booked for the next 8 weeks!!!! Yikes, not problem I just called the restaurant and got in. It was standing room only but our table was ready. The service was excellent and the portions are BIG. We ordered 2 dinners for two and one single meal for 6 people and had leftovers for lunch the next day. The house Margarita is super and the sopapilla is a great end to the dinner. Our server was there when you needed him but not in your face. The place was very busy but if I raised my head to find him it was like he was always watching and came right away. Just excellent all a round. I have spent a lot of time in Texas over the years and have eaten TexMex from Cotulla to Odessa, Cibolo to Beaumont this is the best.
